Born on February 21, 1987, in Halifax (Canada), Ellen Page was only ten years old when she made her debut in front of the camera, in the TV movie Pit Pony, where her performance earned her a nomination for the Gemini Awards for Best Actress. 
 
An award that she will obtain, subsequently, twice, for her roles in the ReGenesis series, as well as in the television movie Mrs Ashboro’s Cat. In the meantime, it will have been possible to see his face on the big screen, thanks to Love That Boy (2003), then Marion Bridge (2002), crowned with the Best Canadian Film Award at the Toronto Film Festival, and which earned him the ACTRA Maritimes Award for Best Actress.

But his real revelation to the general public came with Juno (2008), the second film by Jason Reitman ( Thank You for Smoking). She plays the title role, and where her performance is unanimous, to the point of earning her numerous awards, as well as a nomination for the Golden Globes (Best Actress in a Comedy or Musical) and the Oscars (Best Actress). She also recruited as a trainee by Leonardo DiCaprio in the thriller with multiple dimensions of Christopher Nolan, Inception, And falls in love with Jesse Eisenberg in the film of Woody Allen set in the very cinematic Italian capital, To Rome with Love (2012).
